Les sugiero que avisen a sus cuasi clientes-como yo- si se encuentran en posibilidad de realizar la reparación o de plano decir no puedo hacerlo.
 I went to request repair of HP Pavilion x360 Laptop, touch screen and keyboard, I left contact information and even after 14 days they have not told me if it is possible or not to get the parts. I suggest that you notify your quasi-clients -like me- if they are in a position to carry out the repair or outright say I cannot do it.
