★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Pésimo servicio de todo el personal! Se tardaron mas de un mes en resolverme la garantía de un compresor para que al final me regresaran el compresor en las mismas condiciones.
Lo barato sale caro y "SEREHNOS" es el claro ejemplo.
Terrible service from all the staff! It took more than a month to resolve the warranty of a compressor so that in the end they returned the compressor to me in the same conditions.
Cheap is expensive and "SEREHNOS" is the clear example.

Terrible service, unpunctual AND liars, they tell you a certain delivery time and they do not comply, they demand advance payment and do not meet the delivery date causing problems. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

Y quedan en mandarte cotizaciónes y si les dices que te urgen se enojan con uno...!!! Muy mal por esta empresucha no los busquen . Hay más opciones en el mercado. La que es más grosera es una mujer MUY MAL POR ELLOS ❌
TERRIBLE SERVICE. ❌I do not know why they have a company if when you call first they attend WhatsApp, than you as a customer. And they agree to send you quotes and if you tell them that they urge you, they get mad at one ... !!! Too bad for this company, don't look for them. There are more options on the market. Manejan tiempos de entrega cortos y se van a más de una semana. No se hacen responsables por sus tiempos y cuando se llega a un acuerdo la excusa es "Yo no dije que haría eso".
No recomiendo comprar con esta "empresa"
