We enjoyed our stay,it was a nice experience and we liked the amenities like the jacuzzi. Bed was comfortable,the location was alright. It was abit noisy from the main highway with trucks and motorbikes. A few minutes walk to the beach

The location is really ideal, approximately half way between Tulum and Cancun, close to the amusement parks (X-Caret, X-plor). The beach is absolutely breathtaking. The bed was really comfortable and the tent really nice. Great interior design. Yes, the bedroom was clean and the grounds really well maintened. Food was delicious but there was clearly an issue with the kitchen at the Beach : we were there on New Year's Eve and New Year day so it was busy but we waited for 90-120 minutes to have our food. I wish we had at least coffee/drinks available at the hotel / by the pool.

My stay here was absolutely amazing! I loved everything about this place! They treat you very well, and they know how to LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, which is something a lot of businesses miss nowadays. Wonderful rooms, beautiful environment, GREAT BEACH and FOOD, for a very reasonable price. Do yourself a favor and book a room with these guys. They will make your experience much better. I want to give a SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to 2 waiters, Abraham & Duque! These guys are super sweet and friendly. I’ve never seen someone work so hard lol. Front desk people were super helpful, too! They recommended us places to visit in Tulum, and all of the places were amazing. These people work in harmony and they all work hard as a team to make sure you get the best experience! Big thanks to the lady manager who took care of our little issue. Also thanks for giving us a complimentary treat to make sure that we are happy. ☺️ GREAT JOB TEAM! Booked through Expedia and it was awesome! A bit noisy because of the highway, but they give ear plugs to help with that! The place is neat and the breakfast included was very good. Way above my expectations on every aspect!

It is a wonderful place to visit Riviera Maya for those who do not enjoy staying at all-inclusive hotels. We stayed here 10 days. The tents are well-equipped, beds are really comfortable, air-conditioning and fridge are fine. The cleaning service provides you with biodegradable shower cosmetics. All the time you can hear the sounds of nature and see exotic animals really closely! The swimming pool is also very nice. This place is located near the one of our favourite beaches that we've visited at Riviera Maya, which is very quite and mainly local people come here. The restaurant staff is very kind and the breakfasts they serve (at the Serenity beach bar) are delicious and sooo big (starter + main dish + beverage). The only thing is that all the beach bars close at 6pm and there is no place nearby to go out at night, so you can only eat supper at the Serenity restaurant which is very expensive (we paid 800 pesos for 2 glasses of wine and 1 pasta with mashrooms, service not included). Also, after the rainfalls, the way to the beach was full of smelly mud. However, it is a great place to hang out for those who are looking for a quiet spot, love to be close to the jungle, and have a car to explore the area and return for a quiet evening. It was a wonderful honeymoon <3

Great Glamping site. Very nice set up with the tents and done in a very classy way. We just stayed here last week and had no complaints. Before booking this accommodation we read the reviews on google. We do no agree with some of the criticism. Sound of the highway?: We did not hear any sound of the highway. Besides if you have your AC on you only hear that sound. Expensive?. Yes at the beach club you pay European prices. But that does not mean it is hugely overprized. Besides you get value for money as these are nice prepared meals and cocktails. Very tasty. However be prepared to pay at least 15% tip as the waiter will politely ask you... Given the fact that you can stay the whole day in very nice beach club with really nice beach chairs and lounge music it is something to accept. We also stayed in Tulum and prices over there were far more expensive. Seaweed? Unfortunately there is lot of it in this season. We saw constantly people trying to clean up with wheelbarrows. But because of the magnitude it is impossible to get a clean white beach. Something to just accept and go with the flow I am afraid. Location? We had a rental car so we could also go to restaurants in Puerto Aventuras. If you don't have transportation you are more or less forced to eat at their restaurant or take a taxi. Few other options in the neighborhood. Their restaurant is really nice though. Same pricing as their beach club. Enjoy!

It is better than I expected in terms of the rooms, very comfortable. But the pictures make it look more than it actually is, but still a pleasant place. However I must say, the prices for everything are too far from reality, food and drinks are too expensive. The food is great though, the chef was very polite and always checking if our food was good. There was a misunderstanding with our dinner order and the chef came to us and made it up with great dishes and free desserts. Outstanding way to solve a situation. ? I cannot say the same about the manager in turn the day I went to the beach club, terrible, very rude. We scanned a QR code menu in one of the bird beds and got a menu with specific prices, surprise came out later when our bill was doubled. Apparently we scanned an outdated menu, no one took the blame for this and the manager was very bad to the waiter. We paid still, but not a single apology for the incident or anything. The hotel looks like it is outnumbered in staff, they looked a bit all over the place with the attention to all tables in the restaurant. However they ultimately manage to deliver, respect to them, doing a great job. The hotel staff is very helpful and took good care of our room. The only detail is the beach club, the chairs and beds are amazing, good music, but I'd recommend if you stay, not to consume from there, unless you are okay with the prices and ask for a menu! don't scan the QR codes, don't rely on them...

Like it's name, it's a serene place to stay. Very comfy beds, nicely furnished, good air conditioning, nice showers with good products, very pleasant room overall. And quiet. Ours also had got tub in the terrace. Short walk from a reality nice white sand beach with beach bars and restaurants. Look for the friendly pig ? wandering around. Restaurant food in hotel is a bit average and limited for the price.
