My wife and I used the private tour to Uxmal and a cenote from Progresso from a cruise ship. Our guide Uvaldo and the driver Miguel were great. Very knowledgeable answered all of my very specific questions about different things. They were very time conscious since we needed to get back to the ship at a certain time. They also were willing to work with our specific requests. We were wanting to spend extra time at the ruins and they made sure we were satisfied before moving onto the next tour. Our tour guide for Uxmal was also very capable of answering our many questions. We learned to speak a couple words of Mayan. He was a Mayan guide so this was his own culture he was teaching us about. This company is well priced for the quality of the tour. The vehicle they drove us around in was very clean and looked very new. I would differently recommend this company and we would use them again if we went to Progresso. I only wish our cruise was docked longer so we could spend more time with our guides.

Amazing private tour. Saw all we came for. Perfect for a family or small group.

Very deceiving. We got the "flaming tours". We should have done 5 stops, we barely did 3. We stopped for the salt flats, they where not pink. We stopped for flamingos, they were very few and far away. We stopped for some ruins and they where small, full of mosquitoes and full of churches and other Christian symbols (even if they where supposed to be from 200dc). The only thing which we can save is the fact that the driver was English speaker, and at least we could exchange some words. Same with anothe driver would have been completely useless. Overall, we spent 20€ each and it took us 1h and a half in total. Don't book this tour, con can do the same with your own car, and none of the stops are worth it.

Sergio was great took us to a great restaurant for lunch and awesome senotes.

We rented a couple or bikes for a week. Bikes were very nice and comfortable. They even had a child seat for our daughter. Very friendly and nice support, very recommended!

This tour service is a scam! They are in with local restaurants and bars to scam tourists. We spoke to several groups and ALL groups had been scammed. We were sold a package upon arrival and after the day our bill came and we were charged for everything we had already “paid for”. They called the service and she agreed that we had already paid but the restaurant insisted we paid. Do NOT use this service!!

Uva was amazing. The eco park was closed due to lots of rain and alligators but we toured the city instead. Everything was great and we felt very safe with him and our driver. I’d highly recommend going on a tour with Sergio’s!
