★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues dicen que tienen surtido en llantas, llamé en la sucursal de S.L.P para comprar mis llantas y resulta que no manejan la medida 225/55R19(ósea como si no fuera común está medida), y ni opciones me dieron. La verdad es frustrante, me dio la impresión que la señorita que atiende no sabe de llantas y Sólo me dijo no hay para colgar pronto, le pregunté de que otras marcas y simplemente su respuesta "no manejamos llantas en esa medida" pfff!!! Que mal.
Well, they say they have an assortment of tires, I called the S.L.P branch to buy my tires and it turns out that they do not handle the 225 / 55R19 measure (that is, this measure is not common), and they gave me no options. The truth is frustrating, I got the impression that the lady who attends does not know about tires and she only told me there is no need to hang up soon, I asked her what other brands and simply her answer "we do not handle tires to that extent" pfff !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por parte del personal muy mala atención al cliente parece que les vaz a pedir que te regalen las llantas la señorita que atiende el teléfono super mal servicio si ya hay tantos comentarios malos al respecto por que no escuchar al cliente con esas actitudes mejor vamos a otro lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te piden que entre solo una persona para comprar(lo que esta bien), aunque ellos no tengan medidas sanitarias como cubrebocas.
Me dieron una hoja con unas tres opciones de llantas sin poder verlas o que nos las muestren, los precios a comparación de otros lados son más elevados.
No tan buena atención al cliente, solo me dieron la hoja y bye.
They ask you to enter only one person to buy (which is fine), even if they do not have sanitary measures such as face masks.
They gave me a sheet with about three tire options without being able to see them or show them to us, the prices compared to other places are higher.
