Me contacte nuevamente con la persona porque en teoría ellos dicen en su página web que tienen un “año de garantía” y nunca viene a arreglarlo. Ya me ha hecho quedarme en mi casa, varias veces, porque según estas personas vienen, y luego no contestan el teléfono. PÉSIMO SERVICIO - una estafa. Mi contacto es el Sr Israel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO! Me cancelaron 1 vez, la segunda vez llegaron tarde, su arreglo no DURÓ NADA! No los recomiendo y al parecer HAN ESTAFADO A MUCHAS PERSONAS por lo que veo en los comentarios. Deberían cerrarlos.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I got canceled 1 time, the second time they were late, their arrangement DID NOT LAST ANYTHING! I do not recommend them and apparently they HAVE SCAMMED MANY PEOPLE from what I see in the comments. They should close them.

Si lo que quieres es perder tu tiempo y dinero aquí es el lugar, podrán ser solo amables la primera vez pero no cumplen con las garantías de una trabajo mal hecho y si te gusta hablar cada semana al técnico para hacer efectiva esa “garantía” y que te dejen plantado con absurdas excusas también aquí es el lugar.
A good Customer experience recommends 2 people and a bad experience is multiplied by 7 people and in the case of this company by 1,000 !!
If what you want is to waste your time and money, here is the place, they can only be nice the first time but they do not comply with the guarantees of a poorly done job and if you like to talk to the technician every week to make that "guarantee" effective and that they leave you planted with absurd excuses also here is the place.
