★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente pediatra, diagnóstico a mi niña a los 5 meses de edad de una cardiopatia de manera muy oportuna, ningún médico detectó el problema congénito de mi niña, incluso estuvo internada y ningún pediatra del hospital lo detecto, gracias al Doctor Serrano mi niña fue diagnosticada e intervenida quirurgicamente para corregir lo que solo el detecto con una detallada revisión, inclusive los cardio pediatras del centro médico de La Raza reconocieron su habilidad pues lo que mi niña presentaba no es fácil de detectar sin un ecocardiograma. Estamos muy agradecidos con el Doctor Serrano.
