Cuando hable con una de las encargadas del establecimiento, me contestó de una manera muy pedante y en lugar de resolver mi problema, ella siguió hablando de cosas sin ningún tipo de relevancia, sólo para sacarle la vuelta a mi problema y evitar resolverlo.
NO recomiendo este lugar en su totalidad, pésimo servicio y una de las personas que realiza la depilación es exageradamente grosera.
I hired a waxing package and they assured me that my hair would be totally removed and it was not.
When I spoke with one of the managers of the establishment, she answered me in a very pedantic way and instead of solving my problem, she kept talking about things without any relevance, just to get around my problem and avoid solving it.
I DO NOT recommend this place in its entirety, lousy service and one of the people doing the waxing is outrageously rude.
