Pésimo servicio, no solo no facturan te ridiculizan por pedirla, hablas a la central y se desentienden del problema.

en días pasados estuve de viaje de negocios en veracruz y aunque no quería tuve que comprar el boleto de taxi en la central de autobuses en la parte de taxis autorizados, yo iba para el aeropuerto y pregunte con la persona que me vendió el boleto si facturaba y me dijo que con el taxista veía ese tema, acto seguido lo primero que hago al subirme al taxi es solicitar la facturación de mi servicio, el chófer del taxi me pasa un block de notas donde anoto mis datos de facturación y me dice que al siguiente día me llega mi factura, tengo ya bastantes días esperando mi factura y quiero contactarlos por teléfono y nuca contestan, la verdad es un mal servicio, es por esas razones que uno como usuario tiene que mirar hacia otros servicios como uber, didi o cabify, yo no recomiendo este servicio, si tienes que tomar taxis toma cualquier otro, que te van a cobrar mucho menos y te van a dar el mismo mal servicio, ojala y esta información sirva para los viajeros frecuentes como yo, saludos

El taxista del versa número 5066 un cafre no respetaba su carril y se la refrescaba a todos, nunca encendió el clima, del ADO al aeropuerto fue una locura. La caseta de venta de boletos fuera de servicio.

La tipa que atiende en tapó Veracruz está sorda, prefiere cantar y quiere que le grites para que te oiga, después de que le gritaste te contesta y tú obviamente no la oyes. Es una burla deberían poner gente que quiera trabajar de verdad, cuando la quise reportar se hicieron los locos, la chica de control de taxis no me quiso dar un número. Muy fal, les falta todo para ser una empresa sería.

Pésimo servicio el taxista vb-5316 le falto al respeto a una pasajera, regresando a la terminal a exceso de velocidad de Bolívar al ado a 120 kilómetros por hora. Hablo para reportarlo y nadie contesta. Urge que entre UBER!!!

Son groseros y déspotas, tome el servicio del ADO taxi VB-6571 y en la taquilla te decían que era a pie de taxi que no tenían ya boletos... pagando en taquilla mi corrida era de 70 pesos y el chófer me cobro 80!!

El jueves 19 tomé un Taxi en el ADO Veracruz, venía llegando de Villahermosa, como a las 23.00 horas, y le pregunté a la taquillera el protocolo para facturación y me contestó que es directamente con el Operador del Taxi, le dí los datos y hasta la fecha no me han envíado el documento ; el taxi es el n° VB-331 Y lo iré a buscar en cuanto tenga algo de tiempo ; pésimo servicio.
