★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy pésima empresa sin escrúpulos si personal de lo más nefasto su forma de trabajar te ponen a extorsionar a sus clientes a base de amenazas para hacer q su carpeta vencida paguen pésima no volvería ni trabajaría nada dejaría que algún crédito caiga en sus manos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para trabajar porque se aprende mucho y es estable. Pero sus supervisores, gerentes y directores no siempre actúan conforme a los valores que dicen tener como empresa.
Los que nos salvamos en cierta manera somos los asesores.
Trabajé algunos años ahí y aun que aprendí mucho sufrí malos tratos, abusos y favoritismo. La empresa dice tener valores en teoría, pero en la práctica es otra cosa. Estuve en 5 gerencias, al menos, y en todas y cada una había mal trato a sus supervisores de parte de gerentes, favoritismo y despidos; que aun que justificados según ellos; violan los derechos del trabajador en México.
Trabajan con 3 outsourcing no regulados en México, por cierto: Contratación Inmediata, Aliato, Flash no sé qué, no recuerdo bien el ultimo. Y cuando te despiden te ofrecen miserias como si fueses un mendigo.
En lo personal como muchos tuve que demandarlos para hacer respetar mis derechos como trabajador, ya que estos se ganaron a base de vidas y sangre; como para que una empresa que se vale de un outsourcing las pisotee.
It is a good place to work because you learn a lot and it is stable. But their supervisors, managers, and directors don't always act on the values they claim to have as a company.

I worked there for some years and even though I learned a lot, I suffered mistreatment, abuse and favoritism. The company claims to have values in theory, but in practice it is something else. I was in 5 managements, at least, and in each and every one there was bad treatment of their supervisors by managers, favoritism and dismissals; that although justified according to them; violate worker rights in Mexico.
They work with 3 unregulated outsourcing in Mexico, by the way: Immediate Hiring, Aliato, Flash I don't know what, I can't quite remember the last one. And when they fire you they offer you miseries as if you were a beggar.
Personally, like many, I had to sue them to enforce my rights as a worker, since they were earned through lives and blood; as for a company that uses an outsourcing to trample them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ayudaron a la perfección a solucionar mi deuda, creo que muchos de los que se quejan acerca del lugar, es porque les falta informarse o les molesta que les cobren, algo que deben! y culpan a este tipo de empresas de cobranza, en todo caso, acudan a la sucursal, ya que la información que ellos tienen se las da el banco, o en su defecto PAGUEN! Y a tiempo para que el banco no los mandé a áreas de cobranza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No importa cuántas veces les diga que yo no conozco a la personas que están buscando y que este no es su número, insisten en llamar a mi casa a horas indecentes con una completa falta de respeto. YO no les dí mi número y ahora es un p*to suplicio que lo eliminen. Su área de cobranza abre a las 7 de la mañana pero la de quejas, no.
No matter how many times I tell them that I don't know the person they are looking for and that this is not their number, they insist on calling my house at indecent hours with complete disrespect. I didn't give them my number and now it's a f*cking ordeal for them to delete it. Their collection area opens at 7 in the morning, but the complaints area does not.
