Lousy customer service, arrogance of the secretary, a great lack of interest and follow-up they never even call you, they don't meet the deadlines they give you, without resolution to the problem, three weeks with an air conditioner for a guarantee and without getting any response.

Les marcaba y me decían que después me regresaban la llamada cosa que tampoco hiciero. El día de hoy marque y me dijeron que aún no lo revisaban por que los técnicos andan fuera, osea que es un taller sin técnicos? No entiendo. Pésimo servicio, a menos que necesites una reparación para dentro de tres meses. No lo recomiendo! I took a microwave a month ago and they stopped calling me, which they never did. I marked them and they told me that afterwards they would call me back, something I did not do either. Today I checked and they told me that they still did not check it because the technicians are out, that is a workshop without technicians? I do not understand. Bad service, unless you need a repair for three months. I do not recommend it!
