★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente surtido! Excelente servicio! Fueron los únicos que tenían la jarra de la la cafetera que necesitaba. Pedí por mercado libre y super atentos y amables, me ofrecieron más de lo que pedí y como vieron mi urgencia me enviaron lo que tenían en el momento.
Ojalá algún día tenga la oportunidad de visitar el local en cdmx!
Excellent assortment! Excellent service! They were the only ones who had the jug from the coffee pot that I needed. I asked for open market and they were super attentive and friendly, they offered me more than I asked for and as they saw my urgency they sent me what they had at the time.
I hope one day I have the opportunity to visit the place in Mexico City!

Incluso te atienden afuera de la tienda, pues tienen espacio al aire libre los recomiendo si necesitas reparar o conseguir repuestos. Se puede pagar con tarjeta bancaria, desconozco si aceptan Amex
The service is not the warmest in the world; however, they are efficient and fully comply with sanitary measures. They even serve you outside the store, as they have outdoor space, I recommend them if you need to repair or get spare parts. You can pay with a bank card, I don't know if they accept Amex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a reparar una estación de vapor Tefal que si funcionaba, sólo tenía un falso contacto en el cable y me recomendaron cambiar la caldera por una "seminueva", acepté pensando que iba a quedar mejor, pero no. Cuando me la entregaron en el primer uso nunca sacó vapor y tronó. La llevé a "garantía" y me tuvieron 4 meses esperando la caldera nueva que nunca llegó. Al final me la regresaron inservible.
I took to repair a Tefal steam station that if it worked, it only had a false contact in the cable and they recommended me to change the boiler for a "semi-new" one, I accepted thinking that it would be better, but no. When it was delivered to me on the first use it never steam and thundered. I took it to "warranty" and they had me 4 months waiting for the new boiler that never arrived. In the end they returned it to me useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO servicio, no tienen idea de como arreglar electrodomésticos y además su servicio y trato al cliente es el peor. Después de 5 meses y 2 veces de venir y de decirme que ya estaba arreglada ahora si mi aspiradora, resulta que uno de los socios según lo que él refiere, me dice que se intento arreglar y que si no se pudo pues ni modo.
No lleven sus aparatos ahí
AWFUL service, they have no idea how to fix appliances and also their service and customer treatment is the worst. After 5 months and 2 times of coming and telling me that my vacuum cleaner was already fixed now, it turns out that one of the partners, according to what he refers, tells me that he tried to fix it and that if it could not be done, no way.
