★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité servicio y si, vinieron a revisar un refrigerador,me dieron dictamen y que regresaban en x días, llegó el día, no me informaron que no podrían ir y supe porque yo marqué, quedaron de ir al día siguiente y si llamaron pero no llegaron porque tuvieron algunos detalles poco más de 15 días después me marcan para darme el servicio y pues ya tenía mi equipo reparado por otro centro, también autorizado y en son 2 días.
Invito a que deban cuidar más a sus clientes, sobretodo porque no toman en cuenta el pago que se hace y que no se toman en cuenta para la reparación.

I invite you to take more care of your customers, especially because they do not take into account the payment that is made and that they are not taken into account for the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui dejar mi microondas a garantía, ya que no calentaba, entro a Garantía y por parte LG hubo muy buena Atención, dejaron mi microondas al 100, lo único malo ay que buscar donde estacionarse ya que no te puedes estacionar frente LG que es av.Diaz mirón, ya que transito te multa por estacionarte y más que hay una señalamiento de *No estacionarse, sólo carga y descarga* pero excelente su Servicio LG
