★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia de compra en este lugar, hace 6 meses compré una batería, y me vendieron supuestamente la mejor de su tipo y más cara obvio, pero que porque era lo más nuevo en tecnología y lo mejor. Resulta que a los 4 meses la batería se descarga, acudo a este sitio, la recargan durante 3 días, me la regresan diciendo que se descargo porque el carro tenía "corrientes parásitas" que fuera con un eléctrico. No fui con uno, sino con dos eléctricos y ambos coincidieron que el carro no tenía corrientes parásitas. 2 meses más tarde la batería se volvió a descargar completamente, sin retener ya nada de carga. Acudo nuevamente y me dicen ahora que el alternador del carro está mal, que está enviando corriente de más, que porque la batería estaba ya un poco abultada de los lados, y que así ya no era válida la garantía, que si quería la mandaban a revisar con su proveedor pero que iba a decir lo mismo, y que fuera de nuevo con un eléctrico a checar ahora el alternador. Con evidencia en mano (vídeo) regreso con lo que vio y dijo el eléctrico que el alternador no era porque la corriente que enviaba estaba dentro de los parámetros correctos, resulta ser que su aparato les marcó variación y que eso no podía.ser, aunque estuviera en rango, que fuera de nuevo al eléctrico. Total me canse y pase a retirarme, JAMAS regresaré y NUNCA recomendaré este sitio para compra de baterías.
Bad shopping experience in this place, 6 months ago I bought a battery, and they supposedly sold me the best of its kind and obviously the most expensive, but because it was the newest in technology and the best. It turns out that after 4 months the battery discharges, I go to this site, they recharge it for 3 days, they return it to me saying that it was discharged because the car had "parasitic currents" that it was with an electric one. I did not go with one, but with two electrics and both agreed that the car had no stray currents. 2 months later the battery was fully discharged again, no longer retaining any charge. I go again and they tell me now that the alternator of the car is bad, that it is sending more current, that because the battery was already a little bulky on the sides, and that the warranty was no longer valid, that if I wanted they would send it to Check with your supplier but he was going to say the same, and that he went again with an electrician to check the alternator now. With evidence in hand (video) he returned with what he saw and the electrician said that the alternator was not because the current it was sending was within the correct parameters, it turns out that his device marked variation and that it could not be, although was in range, go back to electric. I totally got tired and went to retire, I will NEVER return and I will NEVER recommend this site to buy batteries.
