★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una lavadora a componer y no quedó y después me cobro un extra, que porque era otra cosa y tampoco quedó, al buscarlo quedó de ir otra vez, pero nunca volvió.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicité la reparación de un refrigerador, el técnico me dio una hora de llegada para revisarlo y no fue puntual. Al día siguiente se presentaría para repararlo supuestamente porque tenía que llegar con las refacciones y tampoco llegó a la hora que quedó. Me dieron un año de garantía y cuando los llamé para reclamar (porque se presentó la misma falla) nunca llegaron.
I requested a refrigerator repair, the technician gave me an arrival time to check it and it was not punctual. The next day he would show up to repair it, supposedly because he had to arrive with the spare parts and he didn't show up at the time that was left either. They gave me a one-year warranty and when I called them to complain (because the same fault occurred) they never came.
