★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que llevar un equipo (porque no me quedo de otra) para hacer aplicable una "garantía extendida de Liverpool", según ellos, me informarían del estatus de mi dispositivo en 24 hrs. ya pasó ese lapso de tiempo y sin respuesta alguna... (y eso que apenas empiezo con el proceso) ESO YA DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR DE LA ATENCION AL CLIENTE, TAL PARECE QUE LE RUEGAN A LA VIDA NO TENER TRABAJO EN ESTA ÉPOCA DE CRISIS.
 I had to bring a team (because I am not staying from another) to apply a "Liverpool extended warranty", according to them, they would inform me of the status of my device in 24 hours. That period of time has already passed and without any response ... (and that I have just started with the process) THAT ALREADY LEAVES A LOT TO WISH FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO IT SEEMS THAT THEY BEG LIFE NOT TO HAVE A JOB IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como decidí no repara mi mac me cobraron 500 pesos por el presupuesto. Cuando pregunte me dijeron que no se cobraba, pero resulta que estaba chiquito en el papel que firme. No se queden con lo que les dicen, lean en detalle el papel que firman.
As I decided not to repair my mac they charged me 500 pesos for the budget. When I asked they told me that it was not charged, but it turns out that it was small on the paper I signed. Do not stay with what they tell you, read in detail the paper they sign.

Quisieron cobrarme 6 mil pesos por instalar una fuente de poder en mi PC, una fuente de mala calidad la cual no especificaron que modelo era hasta que pregunté más de tres veces y cuando me comentaron el modelo pude buscarlo en internet y notar que tenía un valor de 2 mil pesos. Es decir que intentaron cobrarme 4 mil pesos por conectar y desconectar una fuente de poder.
Una reverenda porquería de lugar. Un robo.
A lousy experience. They wanted to charge me 6 thousand pesos to install a power source in my PC, a poor quality source which did not specify which model it was until I asked more than three times and when they told me about the model I could look for it on the internet and notice that it had a value of 2 thousand pesos. In other words, they tried to charge me 4 thousand pesos to connect and disconnect a power source.
A reverend lousy place. A theft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este centro autorizado de servicio de Apple, es el mejor en todo ciudad de México, personalmente he llevado varios equipos, y siempre me atienden muy amablemente, el proceso es simple, sencillo, si se necesita algún arreglo primero envían cotización para autorizar, no que otros lugares que se adelantan y te cobran. Si entra en garantía por el fabricante ellos se encargan, y si es algo que debe de cubrir el cliente, primero te consultan para luego proceder con el intercambio o reposición de piezas.
Alejandra y su equipo son muy buenos y profesionales, si tienes equipo Apple este es el centro autorizado que más recomiendo en Ciudad de México.
This authorized Apple service center is the best in all of Mexico City, personally I have taken several teams, and they always serve me very kindly, the process is simple, straightforward, if any arrangement is needed, first send a quote to authorize, not that other places that go ahead and charge you. If the manufacturer comes under warranty, they take care of it, and if it is something that the customer must cover, they first consult you and then proceed with the exchange or replacement of parts.
Alejandra and her team are very good and professional, if you have Apple equipment this is the authorized center that I recommend the most in Mexico City.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general los presupuestos son 3 veces más caros que lo normal e incrementan la seriedad de la falla. No está mal si tu equipo tiene garantía pero si no, evítalos. Sólo te cobrarán la revisión. Si pagas con tarjeta a fuerzas te cobran el iva como extra.
In general, the estimates are 3 times more expensive than normal and increase the seriousness of the failure. It is not bad if your equipment has a guarantee but if not, avoid them. They will only charge you for the review. If you pay by credit card, they will charge you the VAT as an extra.

Pague 2500 pesos por un reemplazo de bateria para un iPhone 11 que se supone era original de Apple y le pusieron una batería genérica. Acá la evidencia.
Terrible customer service, high prices and scammers.
I paid 2500 pesos for a battery replacement for an iPhone 11 that was supposed to be original from Apple and they put a generic battery in it. Here the evidence.
