★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un par de llantas que las mandaron a pedir a Tapachula y tuve que esperar dos días pero recibí exactamente lo que pedí, cabe aclara que en el área de caja es completamente un problema, esto debido a que cuando deje el anticipo de compra en la caja solo me expidieron una hoja con el importe que deje de las llantas pero sin ninguna especificación más (como que producto compre, la cantidad, el costo de cada pieza, el costo total y el total restante) una hoja realmente escueta y como si la hubiera realizado un niño de secundaria, el día de entrega la señorita que me vendió las llantas me dijo que a partir de las 8 am podía pasar por ellas, cosa que al llegar no estaba si no otro muchacho quien fue el que me ayudo con mi paquete porque la que me vendió la llantas NUNCA llegó entre dos empleados me solucionaron el detalle (después de casi 50 minutos esperando) de entrega y al final quedo la señorita (esto por teléfono) que me enviaría mi nota por correo electrónico cosa que tampoco hizo, al día siguiente hable por teléfono para pedir mi nota y cual fue mi sorpresa que tampoco había llegado la vendedora; definitivamente una muy mala organización de parte de las vendedoras y el área de caja.
I bought a couple of tires that they sent to Tapachula and I had to wait two days but I received exactly what I asked for, it is clear that in the box area it is completely a problem, this is because when I leave the purchase advance in the box only issued me a sheet with the amount I left of the tires but without any further specification (such as what product I bought, the quantity, the cost of each piece, the total cost and the remaining total) a really concise sheet and as if the I had made a high school boy, on the day of delivery the lady who sold me the tires told me that after 8 am I could go through them, which when I arrived there was another boy who was the one who helped me with my package because the one that sold me the tires NEVER arrived between two employees solved the detail (after almost 50 minutes waiting) for delivery and in the end it was the lady (this by phone) who would send me my note by email c I didn't do it either, the next day I spoke on the phone to ask for my note and what was my surprise that the saleswoman had not arrived either; definitely a very bad organization on the part of the sellers and the cashier area.

There is no waiting room for operator nor a glass of water offered and there is no bathroom available all very uncomfortable
