Servicio, realmente costoso y no son honestos cuando te hacen la cotización, realmente muy mala esperiencia.

Vino el técnico a hacer un diagnostico a mi refrigerador que fallaba solamente de una ressistencia, en lo que me descuide se robo la tarjeta y quien sabe que otra pieza, además su diagnostico fue que todo el refri fallaba cosa que no era cierta y me cobraba 4500 por arreglarlo, además tuve que pagarle por venir a robarse las piezas y a hacerme tonto.

Debido a una falla en una secadora de la marca Whirlpool, contacté a la empresa en México, quienes me turnaron con esta empresa local como representante y encargada de validar las garantías de la marca. Los contacté el 14 de mayo de este año (2018), un día después, vinieron, desarmaron el aparato, se llevaron algunas piezas, volvieron al día siguiente, instalaron, probaron, no funcionó adecuadamente, y se llevaron otras piezas, 3 día después, volvieron, armaron y tampoco funcionó, revisaron, se fueron, y un mes después no podían solucionar el problema y ya no volvieron. Les llamé para pedirles, "por favor" que me atendieran pues, al carecer de patio de servicio, el aparato es muy indispensable, pero ya no me contestaron, ya nunca devolvieron mis llamadas, por más que insistí... Y hasta el día de hoy, jamás respondieron... Posiblemente, como muchos, pude haber asistido a la Profeco, pero no lo hize; el último pleito que me aventé ahí, me quitó más de un año de tiempo. Así que, tengan mucho cuidado cuando tengan que recurrir a este servicio, parecen "profesionales" pero no lo son!!

Pésimo servicio! Lastima que no vi los comentarios antes. NUNCA CONTRATEN SUS SERVICIOS, se inventan los presupuestos, son caros, no cumplen con sus tiempos de servicio, tiene pésimos empleados, groseros al atenderte! De las peores experiencias que haya tenido con una "empresa", su justificación: NO ENFRIA y cambiaron todo lo que pudieron al refri. NO CONFIEN en ellos!

Carísimo, informales e impuntuales. Me hicieron el presupuesto de reparación de una manguera de una lavadora semiautomática, y de los hules de sellado de un refrigerador, carísimo el presupuesto. Se les aceptó a pesar de todo. Sin embargo, dijeron que iban a pasar hasta el siguiente día a hacerlo, no vinieron. Al siguiente día les volví a llamar por si iban a venir, y tampoco llegaron a la hora señalada. Falta de profesionalismo y además, técnico déspota.
