Lo llame por whatsapp el otro día porque todo estaba se descongelando y no me contestó, después dijo que tuvo un contratiempo.
Tuve que llamar a otro técnico que me dijo que ese empaque que cambió el Sr. Alonso podría meter en la basura.
Le pedí para resolvernos el problema para que nadie saliera perjudicado y no me contestó, porque pague 900 mxn por el servicio mal hecho y pague otros tantos para el otro técnico.
Tengo fotos para comprobar.

I called him on WhatsApp the other day because everything was thawing and he didn't answer me, then he said he had a setback.
I had to call another technician who told me that the packaging that Mr. Alonso changed could be put in the trash.
I asked him to solve the problem so that no one would be harmed and he did not answer me, because I paid 900 mxn for the poorly done service and paid as many for the other technician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llame a un técnico de lg para que arreglara mi horno, y me lo entregaron sin funcionar, contacte al señor Alonso y me lo entrego funcionando correctamente, es una persona honesta, confiable,quede muy satisfecha con su trabajo.
Cabe destacar que se llevó mi horno a su casa y dinero, jamás desconfíe pero mis hijos sí.
Gracias a Dios, su honestidad respalda su trabajo.
I called an LG technician to fix my oven, and they delivered it to me without working, I contacted Mr. Alonso and he delivered it to me working correctly, he is an honest, reliable person, I was very satisfied with his work.
It should be noted that he took my oven to his house and money, never be suspicious but my children do.
