F	Fernando Alvarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen cuidado con la propiedad de los clientes. Tampoco son honestos en cuanto a los problemas que tiene el carro y lo único que hacen es sacar el dinero. Les llevé el carro ya que MAPRE me mandó con ellos. Bueno, les dejé el carro y según lo revisaron y según ellos no había daño severo y que pues solo las llantas. Usaron el carro para ir a traer las llantas con sobre precio de un corral no se de donde. Las hecharon en los asientos del carro los culaes llenaron de lodo. El carro estaba hecho un asco cuando me lo entrgaron. Fui a decrile a la señora que estaba en el mostrador que me limpiaran el carro y le reclamé del por qué lo usaron como camión de carga. La señora se ofenndió y me dijo que me hicieron el favor de ponerme las llantas ya que ellos solo hacían ojalatería. Pues les pedí que tuvieran dignidad y limpiaran su desorden. Muy a fuerzas lo hicieron. Después resultó que la carrosería de abajo estaba hecha pedazos y los ejes doblados y pues ellos solo lo "revisaron" por encima. MAPRE no hizo nada y pues no me quedó un buen sabor de boca con su falta de ética y pobre servicio al cliente. Era inconsebible para mi que fueran a usar un sedan nuevo como vehiculo de carga y transportar llantas dentro de la cabina. Si lo hubieran hecho en la cajuela el coraje hubiera sido menos, pero ¡en la cabina! en fin, yo no los recomiendo. They are not careful about customer property. Very forcefully they did. Later it turned out that the car body below was in pieces and the axles bent and well they only "checked" it on the top. MAPRE did nothing and I did not have a good taste in my mouth with their lack of ethics and poor customer service. It was unthinkable for me that they were going to use a new sedan as a cargo vehicle and transport tires inside the cab. If they had done it in the trunk, the courage would have been less, but in the cabin! well, I do not recommend them.
