Tardaron mucho en reparar mi facia trasera, me la entregaron mal pintada, la volví a llevar y la segunda pintada quedó de otro tono el color. No recomiendo el trabajo de pintura

Pesimo servicio, mi hijo de tres años pinta mejor y ademas instalaría mejor la defensa. Nos entegaron el coche MESES despues. Jamas volveria. Deberia darles vergüenza.

Cero atención al cliente, te piden tu telefono cada vez que llamas y nunca te devuelven la llamada, no dan informacion oportuna. El trabajo es de baja calidad. La fecha de entrega fue una semana mas tarde de la pactada y eso que se llevaron 1 mes en la reparacion.
Zero customer service, they ask for your phone number every time you call and they never call you back, they don't give timely information. The work is of low quality. The delivery date was a week later than the agreed date and that they took 1 month in the repair.

Se tardaron muchisimo mas de lo establecido, jamas me dieron una fecha estimada que pudieran cumplir, la gente es amable pero les falta un urgente servicio al cliente, jamas me regresaron una llamada, y cuando me entregaron mi carro en el triple de tiempo que me originalmente me habiamos acordado previamente, me robaron cables de audio de el carro, y algunas cosas que habia olvidado en la guantera por error que jamas me pudieron regresar, la verdad es que fue una desepcion total que la aseguraradora que me sugiriera ese luga.

Excelente servicio. Como siempre, la calidad y oportunidad depende de la aseguradora, las unidades que llegaron antes, el proveedor de refacciones, el modelo del vehículo y la mano de obra calificada. Me chocaron a finales de marzo y me tuvieron listo el coche a finales de JUNIO. Lo tuve que regresar dos veces porque no me lo dejaban bien. Ellos culpan a la aseguradora y a los proveedores, pero la verdad yo JAMÁS volvería a este taller. No tienen buena atención al cliente, dicen que te van a marcar un día y no lo hacen. El personal es amable, son buenas personas, pero se necesita mucho más para dar un buen servicio.
They hit me at the end of March and they had my car ready at the end of JUNE. I had to return it twice because they did not let me well. En mi caso han tardado demasiado tiempo en solucionar la reparación de mi auto. Las piezas de cambio dejan mucho que desear. Y eso hace que se retrasen y más los olvidos. No te están informando del proceso hasta que tú preguntas.
