★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi carro en grúa y el Sr. Ochoa me ayudó a bajarlo, pero a la grúa aún le faltaba poco y se golpeó la dirección y la fascia, le dejé el carro para el diagnóstico y me llamó para decirme como andaba y qué tenía, en atención todo bien. Al día siguiente que fui por mi carro lo tenían andando, no sé cuánto llevaría así o por qué. Cuando lo estacioné en la casa vi que tiraba aceite de la dirección y que la fascia estaba desprendida, le pregunté al señor y dijo que él no movió nada, que debió haber sido la grúa, pero fue ÉL quien lo bajó y lo golpeó, y no se hizo responsable. Tuve que llevarlo a otro taller y pagar $800 por ese detalle que el carro no tenía.
I took my car with a tow truck and Mr. Ochoa helped me lower it, but the tow truck still had little to do and the steering and fascia hit, I left the car for the diagnosis and he called me to tell me how it was running and what it had, in attention all good. The next day I went to get my car they had it walking, I don't know how long it would take like that or why. When I parked it at the house I saw that it was pulling oil from the steering and that the fascia was detached, I asked the man and he said that he did not move anything, that it must have been the tow truck, but it was HE who lowered it and hit it, and he was not responsible. I had to take it to another workshop and pay $ 800 for that detail that the car did not have.
