Al dia siguiente se reventó la banda, porque el mecánico solo se limitó a cambiar la polea que le llevé, sin revisar las otras cuatro poleas que ya estaban dañadas. Me quedé tirado lejos de mi casa, tuve que conseguir otro mecánico y todavía no sé si mi camioneta sufrió mas daños. Considero que un mecánico, sin que sea excepcional, debe siempre informar al cliente de todas las reparaciones que el vehículo requiere, ya será culpa del cliente si no le hace caso, pero si el "experto" no dice nada, de quien es la responsabilidad??
I took to repair my truck, changing a pulley. The mechanic changed it. The next day the band burst, because the mechanic only limited himself to changing the pulley I took, without checking the other four pulleys that were already damaged. I was lying away from my house, I had to get another mechanic and I still don't know if my truck suffered more damage. I believe that a mechanic, without being exceptional, should always inform the customer of all the repairs that the vehicle requires, it will be the fault of the customer if he ignores it, but if the "expert" says nothing, whose responsibility it is ??
