En cuanto al servicio pésimo, las chicas que atienden súper mal, de mala manera y no apoyan en nada y es muuuuy tardado, trabajos que podrían sacarse en menos de una semana, duraron con mi carro 5 semanas y eso el último día aún con nosotros ahí presentes arreglaron algo que les quedó mal, estaba mal lavado, dónde todo lo hicieron en la última semana siendo que tenían un mes entero con el carro.
 The quality of the work is good, although we had details with the car the last time it came out. As for the terrible service, the girls who serve super badly, in a bad way and do not support anything and it is sooo long, jobs that could be taken out in less than a week, they lasted with my car 5 weeks and that is the last day still with us There they fixed something that was bad for them, it was badly washed, where they did everything in the last week since they had a whole month with the car.

Siendo que logré escuché a los empleados que no estaba listo para entrega
Una pérdida de tiempo y nadie te resuelve nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen el compromiso de entrega. Te programan citas y no se programan para recibir tu vehículo. Te dan una fecha para entrega el vehículo a reparar y lo entregan 3 días posteriores.
They do not meet the delivery commitment. Appointments are scheduled for you and they are not scheduled to receive your vehicle. They give you a date to deliver the vehicle to be repaired and they deliver it 3 days later.

Too much time to fix a very small blow... they gave me my unit well repaired but very bad customer service... zero information and the telephone service also leaves much to be desired....
