★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te ponen muchas trabas con la papelería y para darle seguimiento te piden para la coca $$$ y como no le acomplete no pude hacer el trámite, ni la vuelta de 2 horas de ida y 2 de vuelta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha sido la mejor experiencia que he tenido, no te voy a mentir, a pesar de haber muchas personas la agilidad con la que avanzaban los trámites era rápida, las personas que atienden ahí son sumamente amigables y amables, tratan de ayudar lo mejor posible, cuentan con elevador por si hay alguna persona con diferentes capacidades y embarazadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es demasiado lento, llevé a una persona por su RFC por primera vez, se ingreso con cita y ahora sin pedirlo te dan tu firma electrónica, pero para esas 2 cosas se llevan casi 3 horas, así que necesitas de plano no tener nada que hacer y mucha paciencia. Y aún con pandemia dejan entrar a todo mundo, de nada sirve las restricciones, si a todos están dejando pasar ocasionando solamente que las oficinas se saturen y el servicio se alargue.
The service is too slow, I took a person for their RFC for the first time, they entered by appointment and now without asking they give you your electronic signature, but for those 2 things they take almost 3 hours, so you need to have nothing to do and a lot of patience. And even with a pandemic they let everyone in, restrictions are useless, if they are letting everyone through, only causing the offices to become saturated and the service to be extended.
