★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 21 de abril me formé en la fila virtual después de cerca de un mes de intentarlo para renovar la firma electrónica, y me dieron el 846, hoy 25 de abril tengo el 773 de 1368, es decir en una semana avancé alrededor de 70 lugares, eso quiere decir que más o menos dentro de 10 semanas me va a tocar turno (principios del mes de Julio), cuando tengo urgencia de hacer unos trámites, y efectivamente, acudes a la oficina del SAT y te regresan porque no llevas cita, vas al portal y no puedes sacar cita!!!, como le hacemos !!!???, no hay opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En plena pandemia y quitan el trámite del RFC de forma remota, en la página te dice que tienes que ir a la oficina y en la oficina que tienes que sacar cita por internet, vas a sacar y cita y no se puede, solo una fila virtual, que no tiene ni para cuando te toque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía cita y llegue con los 15 minutos que te piden llegar, cuando llego la hora de mi cita me dieron apenas un turno y me hicieron esperar los turnos que hubiera, la gente que había llegado sin cita salió más rápido que yo, tarde +50 minutos en pasar a mi cita, el personal es amable y son muy rápidos, me resolvieron en 5 minutos, pero lo de hacer cita fue pésimo! El lugar tiene estacionamiento y puedes estar las 2hrs gratis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El chico que está en la entrada solo te pone peros para la personas de la tercera edad , aun cuando tienen todos sus documentos , comenta con la encargada y comenta que no se puede atender a ellos, solo darles un servicio , las otras chicas muy amables diciendo que si puede por ser tercera edad. Comprendería si hubiera una gran fila de personas, pero no es así, en centro hay más usuarios, y jo te niegan la atención :

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 02/2022 acudí a las oficinas en un horario de 8:30 am para obtener SOLO la “Constancia de situación fiscal” SIN CITA. En menos de 5 minutos ya la tenía impresa. Había suficiente personal atendiendo diferentes necesidades de una manera muy práctica y rápida.
On 02/2022 I went to the offices at 8:30 am to obtain ONLY the "Proof of tax situation" WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. In less than 5 minutes I already had it printed. There were enough staff attending to different needs in a very practical and fast way.

Recuerda traer toda la documentación impresa junto con la confirmación de la cita y presentarte de 30 a 15 minutos antes de tu cita; ya que deberás avisar a la persona que lleva el control para que te marque como presente en la lista.
Excellent service. They take you step by step in the procedures. Remember to bring all the printed documentation along with the appointment confirmation and show up 30 to 15 minutes before your appointment; since you must notify the person in control so that they mark you as present on the list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Te dan cita 2 meses después y cuando llegas... no hay sistema y no te resuelven nada. Fui hoy y me dijeron que no era el trámite y pues que no me podían ayudar que tenía que sacar otra cita, en vez de que resuelven ya que estoy ahí y traía todos los documentos. Y luego me piden bajar su aplicación y no servía al igual que la página. PENA AJENA con el SAT.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. They give you an appointment 2 months later and when you arrive... there is no system and they don't solve anything for you. I went today and they told me that it was not the procedure and that they could not help me that I had to make another appointment, instead of resolving it since I am there and I brought all the documents. And then they ask me to download their application and it didn't work like the page. OTHER PENALTIES with the SAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sorprendió la buena atención, lo rápido (menos de 10 minutos) pero sobre todo lo fácil que fue realizar el trámite por el que me presenté.
Todos tenemos muy malos comentarios y malas experiencias en la oficinas de gobierno, pero de verdad, aquí todo fue excelente y los asesores hacen que los tramites parezcan sencillos y ágiles.
Espero sigan así para futuras consultas!!
I was surprised by the good attention, how fast (less than 10 minutes) but above all how easy it was to carry out the procedure for which I applied.
We all have very bad comments and bad experiences in government offices, but really, everything here was excellent and the advisors make the procedures seem simple and agile.
I hope you continue like this for future references!!
