★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que hacer un tramite y me toco ir al SAT, lo primero que vi al entrar es que había mucha gente, obviamente me asuste pensando que tardaría horas en salir,(fui a esa hora de las 8:55 a 9:00),como no me quedaba de otra fui y pregunte sobre mi tramite , me dieron una ficha y a esperar, (yo no llevaba cita por Internet, si llevas cita dicen que es mas rápido). Mi tramite fue una contraseña para hacer un tramite por Internet.
Fue super rápido, máximo fueron 15 minutos, y todo muy ordenado y ayudan a uno con sus preguntas.
I had to do a paperwork and I had to go to the SAT, the first thing I saw when entering was that there were many people, obviously I was scared thinking that it would take hours to leave, (I went at that time from 8:55 to 9:00), As I had no other choice, I went and asked about my procedure, they gave me a file and to wait, (I did not have an appointment on the Internet, if you have an appointment they say it is faster). My procedure was a password to process online.
It was super fast, maximum was 15 minutes, and everything was very tidy and they help you with your questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio. Todos los empleados muy amables, atentos y profesionales. Dependiendo del trámite pero si vas con cita la atención es muy rápida y personalizada. Ahora con la Pandemia están tomando todas las medidas de prevención y sana distancia.

Obviamente el trámite es con cita, aunque me costó conseguir por la alta demanda, debemos ser pacientes, en personal es menos al habitual.
Cuenta con personal de limpieza que desinfecta las zonas donde estuvieron los visitantes y está es una gran medida que en pocos lugares he visto.
