★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 6 meses tratando de sacar una cita, nunca hay disponibles. Por eso tantas personas están en la informalidad. Trata uno de hacerlo bien, y nada más no se puede. Llevo el mismo tiempo en una "Fila Virtual" para la cita. Es un pésimo Servicio.
 I have been trying to make an appointment for more than 6 months, there are never any available. That is why so many people are in informality. One tries to do it well, and nothing else can be done. I've been in a "Virtual Line" for the same time for the appointment. It is a lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, tenía cita 11:45 y me atendieron 5 minutos antes de la hora. Fui a hacer trámite de e.firma, dure aproximadamente media hora, fue muy rápido. El edificio está moderno y limpio.igual los baños se encuentran limpios. Recomiendo utilizar el estacionamiento que está enfrente, ya que es muy complicado encontrar lugar, en caso que vayas en carro.
Good service, I had a 11:45 appointment and they treated me 5 minutes before the hour. I went to process e.firma, last about half an hour, it was very fast. The building is modern and clean. The bathrooms are clean. I recommend using the parking lot in front of you, as it is very difficult to find a place, in case you drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien al principio los chavos de la entrada son muy amables y pacientes a pesar de que hay demasiadas personas pero el inconveniente lo tuve adentro de las instalaciones dónde una pinche vieja anda como buitre de un lado para otro viendo que hacen los demás en lugar de atender en su módulo(el módulo 4 para que nunca pasen por ahí ni la vean) 0 vocación en su trabajo y otro inconveniente es que te hacen esperar en una sala de espera a pesar de que sacaste cita a una hora en específico además de que hay como 15 módulos y muchos vacíos.
Everything went well at first, the guys at the entrance are very kind and patient despite the fact that there are too many people, but the inconvenience I had was inside the facilities where a fucking old woman goes from one place to another like a vulture seeing what the others are doing instead of attend in her module (module 4 so that they never pass by or see her) 0 vocation in her work and another inconvenience is that they make you wait in a waiting room even though you made an appointment at a specific time in addition to there are like 15 modules and many are empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy eficiente para el trámite de la Constancia de situación fiscal. Solo lleva tu identificación y en menos de 4 minutos ya tenía el documento en mis manos.
Very efficient for processing the Certificate of tax situation. Just take your identification and in less than 4 minutes I already had the document in my hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo MEDIO AÑO esperando una bendita cita para sacar MI RFC. Por esto la gente es informal.
Lo peor es que no entiendo la NECESIDAD de ir presencialmente a que me den un pnche código. En otros países de LATAM se genera por la web y YA.
PARA QUÉ HACEN PERDER TIEMPO HACIENDONOS IR POR UN CODIGO???
Y SI NOS VANA A HACER PERDER TIEMPO HACIENDONOS IR, MÍNIMO DEN CITAS EN EL MISMO MES!
UN SERVICIO MÁS MEDIOCRE NO SE PUEDE, NO EXISTE
