★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días fui a hacer un tramite, y pues fue la primera vez que hice un tramite ahí así que uno de los trabajadores de ahí me ayudo muchísimo, me atendió super bien, la verdad no se su nombre pero muchas gracias!!! y claro fue la mejor atención a cliente y son super rápidos.
 A few days ago I went to do a paperwork, and it was the first time I did a paperwork there so one of the workers there helped me a lot, he took care of me super well, I don't really know his name but thank you very much !!! And of course it was the best customer service and they are super fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En estos momentos de crisis deberían otorgar más facilidades para poder realizar los trámites o una orientación personalizada, solo tiene un número nacional el cual te manda a la página de internet, y si el detalle es por algo que no se puede hacer por internet pues simplemente no se puede hacer nada.
Nada les cuesta tener una persona respondiendo dudas y asesorando a quienes lo necesitamos, no es por gusto que tenemos que estar dando vueltas y haciendo trámites, estamos tratando de CUMPLIR y nada más no ayudan. Un número local y alguien del otro lado sería de inmensa ayuda.
In these moments of crisis they should provide more facilities to carry out the procedures or a personalized orientation, it only has a national number which sends you to the website, and if the detail is for something that cannot be done online, simply Nothing can be done.
Nothing costs them to have a person answering questions and advising those who need it, it is not for pleasure that we have to be going around and doing paperwork, we are trying to FULFILL and nothing else does not help. A local number and someone on the other side would be of immense help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención recibida fue buena, contestaron todas las dudas que tenía al ser la primera vez que hacía mi declaración. Lo único que no me gusta es que la agenda solo la abren un día a la semana (aparentemente, de noche).
The attention received was good, they answered all the doubts I had as it was the first time I made my statement. The only thing I don't like is that the agenda is only open one day a week (apparently at night).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por la contingencia el servicio es previa cita en línea... La plataforma deja acceder determinado día del mes, uno tiene que estar revisando cada día para poder sacar cita, si te urge tienes que esperar es lo único que se puede hacer.
Ojalá lo habiliten pronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los turnos son horribles, estuve en la fila virtual 3 semanas y cuando me llegó mi turno literalmente tarde 30 minutos en el trámite.
The shifts are horrible, I was in the virtual queue for 3 weeks and when my shift came I was literally 30 minutes late in the process.
