Muy mala experiencia.. mande a repara un esmeril, me cotizaron el cambio de un balero y los carbones.. les pedí que solo le cambien los carbones y se negaron, alegando de que si ya habían detectado lo que estaba por reparar, me ofrecieron venderme los carbones y cambiarlo por mi cuenta, pero al insistirle a la persona (la srita no me quiso dar su nombre ) que solo quería cambiarle los carbones, me dijo que no lo podían hacer.. y se enojo la srita y me empezó a decir "no entiende que no", al pedirle su nombre " no se lo voy a dar", y al pedirle que me pase a su gerente, "esta ocupada y no le puede atender"..le dije que la espero.."pues que se quédese parado esperando", y me colgó.. .insistí nuevamente, hasta que me logre que me comunicara con su gerente,, pero sin antes decir.. "hay me van a acusar" ya hablando con quien dijo llamarse Diana Ramírez" supuestamente su gerente,, y le explique el caso.. quien al pedirle el nombre de la señorita que me atendió, tampoco quiso proporcionármelo.. el caso es que no me escucho y me colgó el teléfono también.. pues esa fue mi experiencia con estos dos lugares. el de enfrente en donde dan servicio y en la de DEWAL.. pues preferí ir por mi herramienta y seguiré la sugerencia que me dio la supuesta GERENTE, de llevarlo a otro lugar para repararlo y también comprar uno nuevo, esa era la razón por la que solo quería que le cambien los carbones al viejito.. así, que no quieren pasar un mal rato.. sigan el concejo que me dio la gerente de ese lugar. "llévelo a otro lado"
