★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, personas muy amables, nos ayudaron muchísimo con nuestra mudanza. Aunque solo un detalle, habíamos solicitado una mudanza más ya que nos había gustado su servicio pero nos cancelaron a la mera hora, creo que solo deberían avisarnos con más anticipación ya que ya teníamos el tiempo medido y lastima que por ese tipo de situaciones pueda afectar un poco.
Excellent service, very friendly people, they helped us a lot with our move. Although only one detail, we had requested one more move since we had liked their service but they canceled at the mere hour, I think they should only notify us in advance since we already had the time measured and it hurts that due to that type of situation it can affect a bit.

Se agendó el servicio, y a las 4am del dia del servicio me mandan mensaje para posponerlo por un "supuesto accidente" enviando una imagen (muebles embalados) para argumentar dicho accidente. Sin embargo la imagen es la misma de su tarjeta profesional. No se me dio ningún seguimiento a mis respuestas. Ni se respetó la hr que ellos mismos propusieron para la recolección. Nada profesionales, no responden llamadas ni mensajes. No dan seguimiento a los servicios agendados. Contraten bajo su propio riesgo.
I had a regrettable experience. The service was scheduled, and at 4am on the day of the service they send me a message to postpone it due to an "alleged accident" by sending an image (packed furniture) to argue said accident. However the image is the same as your professional card. No follow-up was given to my responses. Nor was the HR that they themselves proposed for the collection respected. Not professional at all, they don't answer calls or messages. They do not follow up on scheduled services. Hire at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, gente muy amable. Si quieres honradez contrata está mudanza. No se pierde ni un tubo ni una escoba. Si llevas mascotas en su portadora, ellos tienen mucho cuidado con ellas y van seguras. Saben acomodar todo y así puedes llevarte todas tus cosas. Todo lo hacen muy rápido y siempre con actitud de servicio.
Very good service, very friendly people. If you want honesty, hire this move. Not a pipe or a broom is lost. If you carry pets in their carrier, they are very careful with them and they are safe. They know how to accommodate everything and so you can take all your things. They do everything very quickly and always with an attitude of service.
