★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite una grua en el puente de noviembre mediante mi aseguradora y me enviaron esta compañía, tardo en llegar ( se entiende que en puentes tienen menos personal ) y la atención del muchacho que me ayudo fue buena y trataron con cuidado mi vehículo, lo recomiendo.

Solo me pidieron fotos de mi credencial, tarjeta de Circulación y del auto pero NUNCA llegaron. Estuve esperando por más de 5 hrs y nada.
Nada profesionales
Terrible service.
They only asked me for photos of my credential, Circulation card and the car but they NEVER arrived. I was waiting for more than 5 hours and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nos dijeron que tardaría de 2 a 3 horas en pasar la grúa y tuvimos que esperarla 5 horas. Cuando el señor de la grúa llegó nos comentó que el había pasado cuando había sucedido el siniestro y que apenas hace 20 minutos le habían pasado el reporte.
Terrible service they told us that it would take 2 to 3 hours for the tow truck to pass and we had to wait for it for 5 hours. When the man from the tow truck arrived, he told us that he had passed by when the accident occurred and that just 20 minutes ago the report had been passed on to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad nunca llegan te dicen 90 a 120 minutos y les marcas pasan 4 horas. Te mandan a buzón. Si No van a dar el servicio tengan el Valor de la Honestidad. Todavía les reclamas solo una llamada según ellos te realizan y escusas.
Si se les va pagar el servicio No se los estoy pidiendo regalo.
Es una empresa con falta de ética y profesionalismo.

The truth never comes they tell you 90 to 120 minutes and you mark them 4 hours pass. They send you to the mailbox. If you are not going to provide the service, have the Courage of Honesty. You still only claim one call from them as they make you and excuses.
If you are going to pay for the service, I am not asking you for a gift.
It is a company with a lack of ethics and professionalism.
