Cuando le llamé para hacer válida mi 'garantía' me dijo que el problema no era con su reparación sino con la bomba de la lavadora y la tubería. Todo esto por teléfono, ni siquiera se molestó en revisarla. La lavadora llevaba más de 5 años en el mismo lugar, así que la tubería no tenía problema. La bomba, que él me cotizó en 1,400 pesos, me la encontré en 800 en Mercado LIbre.
No pierdan su tiempo ni su dinero con alguien tan poco serio.
Bad experience. My washing machine repair took three weeks and it broke down again. When I called him to validate my 'warranty' he told me that the problem was not with his repair but with the washing machine pump and plumbing. All this over the phone, he didn't even bother to check it. The washing machine had been in the same place for more than 5 years, so the plumbing had no problem. The pump, which he quoted me at 1,400 pesos, I found at 800 in Mercado LIbre.
Don't waste your time or money on someone so unserious.
