★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen poner piezas originales de la marca, y te ponen una de peor calidad. Lo supe hasta que contraté a otro técnico y me mostró la diferencia, no recomiendo.
 They say they put original parts of the brand, and they put one of worse quality. I knew it until I hired another technician and he showed me the difference, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me arreglaron una lavadora, la cual me dejo de funcionar al poco tiempo. Pague otro servicio en otro lado y oh sorpresa, la lavadora tenia clara muestra de que le habian metido mano intencionalmente para que dejara de funcionar y asi intentar cobrarme de nuevo
They fixed a washing machine for me, which soon stopped working. I paid another service elsewhere and oh surprise, the washing machine had a clear sign that they had intentionally reached for it to stop working and thus try to charge me again

Lo solicite por medio de LG primero me dijeron que por checar la pantalla eran $600 porque tenían que abrirla y checar el numero de parte, luego me hablan y que sin costo la van a revisar, se la llevan a cotizar y me la regresaron peor. Al reclamar porque la pantalla se quedó sin imagen me dice primero que no la abrieron para cotizar, segundo que yo les dije que se llevarán la pantalla y tercero que la pantalla ya estaba dañada así que si regreso peor era mi problema. En la última llamada por teléfono me colgó el dueño y además si quieres factura te cobran aparte el IVA en refacciones ( según ellos las compran con iva entonces es incoherente que sólo te lo cobren si pides factura) más un 5% más si pagas con tarjeta.
Terrible service. I requested it through LG, first they told me that for checking the screen it was $ 600 because they had to open it and check the part number, then they talk to me and that they will review it at no cost, they take it for a quote and they returned it worse. When claiming because the screen ran out of image, they told me first that they did not open it to quote, second that I told them that they would take the screen and third that the screen was already damaged so if I came back, it was my problem worse. In the last phone call the owner hung up on me and also if you want an invoice they charge you separately the VAT on spare parts (according to them they buy them with VAT so it is incoherent that they only charge you if you ask for an invoice) plus 5% more if you pay with a card .

Very bad service, I channeled LG for repair and they returned my carved and dented fridge.

Le cambiaron el compresor a mi refri y no quedó, por lo cual se lo llevaron a su taller. Regresó mi refri abollado raspado maltratado y de nuevo sin funcionar y encima de todo al reclamar el que se dice ser el dueño "Héctor" me agrede verbalmente al grado de querer pelear.
Son unos rateros, LG quienes me mandaron este servicio me aseguran que el cambio de compresor es de $2000 pesos y el señor me trae una nota de $3900.
Nunca lo recomendaría, encima van a tu domicilio, saben donde vives, con gente tan poco profesional es un peligro que expongas a tu familia de ese modo

They changed the compressor on my fridge and it didn't fit, so they took it to their shop. My fridge came back dented scraped battered and again not working and above all when claiming to be the owner "Héctor" verbally assaults me to the point of wanting to fight.
They are thieves, LG who sent me this service assure me that the change of compressor is $2,000 pesos and the man brings me a note for $3,900.
I would never recommend it, on top of that they go to your home, they know where you live, with such unprofessional people it is a danger that you expose your family in that way
