★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi auto.. Para arreglar el alternador. Me comentaron que mano de obra eran 350 y lo dejaron en 300, después bajaron el alternador que por cierto no sabían como..!!! Me dijeron que era el rotor y el regulador el tema que me hicieron la cuenta de $ 1160 no se me hizo CARO!!! ... Pero resulta que no cambió el regulador lo reparó!!!! le pedí mi regulador y me dijo que no lo ENCONTRABA Y QUE LO HABÍA DESMADRADO!!. OBVIAMENTE COLOCARON EL MISMO. Y el ROTOR espero lo haya cambiado, según dieron GARANTÍA.
EXIGAN LAS PIEZAS QUE LES CAMBIAN POR QUE ARMAN Y NO MUESTRAN QUE PIEZAS INSTALAN .. DECEPCIONANTE SERVICIO
I took my car .. To fix the alternator. They told me that labor was 350 and they left it at 300, then they lowered the alternator which by the way they didn't know how .. !!! They told me that it was the rotor and the regulator that made me the $ 1160 bill, it was not EXPENSIVE !!! ... But it turns out that he did not change the regulator he repaired it !!!! I asked him for my regulator and he told me that he couldn't find it and that he had ripped it apart !! OBVIOUSLY PLACED THE SAME. And I hope the ROTOR has changed it, according to the GUARANTEE.
THEY DEMAND THE PARTS TO BE CHANGED BECAUSE THEY ARE ASSEMBLED AND DO NOT SHOW WHICH PARTS THEY INSTALL .. DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
