★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desilusionante pesimo servicio, lleve mi auto para realizarle el servicio previo a la verificacion, mi auto estaba bien y lo entregamos en buenas condiciones, a parte de que cobraron carisimo casi como la Mazda me lo dejaron con un ruido, acelerado y con el foco del check enginee prendido, se lo llevamos a Lorenzo quien fue quien nos atendio, aparentemente lo reviso y lo compuso pero el vehiculo volvio al ruido y a esa falla en el tablero, y ahora nos sale con que no es su culpa ! Eso es falta de profesionalismo, etica y compromiso ya que la falla no la tenia, tendremos que ir a otro y gastar en algo que no lo teniamos por una simple negligencia de esta persona!
Algo decepcionante, jamas lo llevaremos de nuevo ahi.
Disappointing bad service, I took my car to perform the service prior to the verification, my car was fine and we delivered it in good condition, apart from the fact that they charged very expensive almost like the Mazda, they left me with a noise, accelerated and with the focus of the Check engine turned on, we took it to Lorenzo who was the one who attended us, apparently he reviewed it and composed it but the vehicle returned to the noise and that failure on the dashboard, and now we get that it is not his fault! That is a lack of professionalism, ethics and commitment since the fault was not there, we will have to go to another and spend on something that we did not have due to a simple negligence of this person!
Somewhat disappointing, we will never take him there again.
