Quedé satisfecho con el trabajo; sin embargo, pagué $80.00 pesos más de lo que me habían presupuestado, y no pude ver ni recuperar las piezas que me cambiaron; así que siento que el proceso no fue 100% transparente y por eso no le doy cinco estrellas. Fuera de esto, todo bien.
The very kind technician. Communication, efficient. My amplifier was working very well. It seems that the diagnosis and repair were accurate. I was satisfied with the work; however, I paid $ 80.00 pesos more than what I had been budgeted for, and I could not see or retrieve the pieces that changed me; so I feel that the process was not 100% transparent and that is why I do not give it five stars. Out of this, all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio serio y profesional, un poco tardado a veces por situación de dificultad para conseguir refacciones pero en mi caso repararon un equipo de audio con el que tenía más de un año visitando talleres sin que pudieran darme solución y aquí en el lapso de mes y medio considerando que se pidieron refacciones al extranjero lo resolvieron y está funcionando hasta la fecha sin ningún problema. Lo recomiendo ampliamente
