Esta mañana pedi una pipa de 10,000 litros,la cual siempre me habia costado $500, hoy llame para pedir mi servicio y la señora que atiende los telefonos me dijo que el costo era de $600, le comente que siempre habia pagado menos, a lo que ella respondio que estaba bien, que me iban a respetar el precio anterior y que en dos horas llegaba la pipa. Pasadas casi 3 horas llame por telefono y en vez de contestar solamente me rechazaron las llamadas.
Mi unica conclusion es que la señora se queria ganar sus 100 pesos de mas, y por eso no me quiso mandar la pipa ni contestar las llamadas que le hice, puesto que si el precio real era de 600 no habria tenido ningun problema en realizarme mi servicio.
Mucho ojo señor/a propietario de este negocio.
Terrible service.
This morning I asked for a 10,000-liter pipe, which had always cost me $ 500, today I called to ask for my service and the lady who answers the phones told me that the cost was $ 600, I commented that I had always paid less, to which She replied that it was fine, that they would respect the previous price and that the pipe would arrive in two hours. After almost 3 hours I called on the phone and instead of answering, they only rejected my calls.
My only conclusion is that the lady wanted to earn her 100 pesos more, and that is why she did not want to send me the pipe or answer the calls I made, since if the real price was 600 she would not have had any problem in making me my service.
Be very careful sir / owner of this business.
