★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había ido con anterioridad a enmarcar rompecabezas y el precio me parecía justo y me entregaban en tiempo, eso fue aproximadamente 2 años. Sin embargo ahora, pedí el mismo marco que había pedido con anterioridad y el vidrio anti reflejante y subió el precio como un 25% y aún así dejamos que hicieran el trabajo. Pero el problema fue cuando me hicieron dar "n" cantidad de vueltas ya que a veces no contestaban el celular o enviaba a buzón porque no conseguían el marco con su proveedor, y cuando por fin lo tuvieron, ahora era el vidrio el que no tenían. Después de 2 meses llamamos y nos dijeron que ya estaba el trabajo y pasamos por el cuadro que estaba protegido con plástico, pero ya en casa cuando lo quisimos colgar, nos dimos cuenta que el marco no era el que habíamos pedido y el vidrio no era anti reflejante. Nos dieron ganas de regresar y reclamar, pero por salud ya no lo hicimos porque en un arranque de ira pueden suceder cosas malas. La verdad no sé porqué actúan de esa manera, si el presupuesto había subido, no pierden nada con avisar al cliente y tomar la decisión de continuar o no con el trabajo, pero te hacen perder el tiempo y el trabajo lo entregan como quieren. No había tenido queja, pero con esto que nos pasó, ya ni ganas de regresar. Mejor regresaré a donde iba antes (Mercado de Artesanías de La Lagunilla), que aunque es más lejos, es más seguro que entreguen el mismo día y quizás al mismo precio.

The truth is I don't know why they act that way, if the budget had risen, they don't lose anything by notifying the client and making the decision to continue with the work or not, but they make you waste time and they deliver the work as they want. I hadn't had any complaints, but with what happened to us, I didn't even want to go back. I'd better go back to where I went before (La Lagunilla Handicraft Market), which although it is further away, it is safer that they deliver the same day and perhaps at the same price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, no lo recomiendo y no entiendo por qué se llama estudio si es cero profesional, solicite su servicio y se tardaron más de 1 año en entregarme mis fotos, MÁS 1 AÑO!!!! Y SIEMPRE EL VIEJITO CON REGRESE AL RATO, Y VOLVÍA A LA SEMANA Y QUE NO TENÍA EL MARCO Y SOLO EXCUSAS, SON UNOS MENTIROSOS Y CERO COMPROMETIDO SU TRABAJO! MEJOR OPTEN POR OTRO LUGAR CON MEJOR CALIDAD y PRECIO.
Ya están viejos los de ahí y pues la verdad son pésimos.

BETTER CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE WITH BETTER QUALITY and PRICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las fotos las entregan bien en general, solo que tardan en entregártelas y tienes que dar mas de una vuelta, el señor pone mas de un pretexto. Fui por las fotos de Titulo de la UNAM por el revelado tradicional tardaron mas de una semana en entregármelas cuando había dicho que en 2 días las tenían, me pasó su numero de celular para preguntar, pero nunca contestan.
