PUSE MI QUEJA EN LA PROFECO PERO IGUAL OTROS INEPTOS BURUCRATAS COMO NO VIVO EN TABASCO NO PROCEDIO POR NO TENER DIRECCION EN ESE ESTADO. Y PUES AL FINAL QUEDE FRUSTADO.
PESIMO SERVICE TAKE MY COFFEE MAKER TO REPAIR MONTHS AND MONTHS PASSED ME THEY GIVEN ME PRETEXTS BECAUSE IT WASN'T UNTIL I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND TAKE IT TO ANOTHER SIDE, AND WHAT WAS MY SURPRISE THEY GIVEN IT TO ME THAT IT SEEMS THAT THEY WERE NOT PLAYED WITH FUTBAL THEY COVERED THEMSELVES SO THAT I WOULD NOT COMPLAIN TO THE OWNER. I PUT MY COMPLAINT IN THE PROPHECE BUT LIKE OTHER INEPT BURUCRATAS AS I DO NOT LIVE IN TABASCO, I DIDN'T PROCEED BECAUSE I HAVE NO ADDRESS IN THAT STATE. AND SO AT THE END HE IS FRUSTED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tal vez la atención que dan a los que buscan directamente su servicio sea buena pero en lo que se refiere a las garantías extendidas su servicio es pésimo. Compre un clima en Liverpool, la garantía extendida está con este servicio Frías cuando visitaron mi domicilio me dijeron que me hablaban al sgte dia. En el reporte que me dejaron decía claramente, falla en la tarjeta , a las pocas horas me hablan del servicio para decirme que la garantía no procedía porque un animal se había metido en alguna parte del compresor. Aún estoy esperando las fotos que muestren eso. El técnico que fue a mi domicilio jamás dijo nada de ningún animal. Más bien se inventaron está excusa para no hacer válida la garantía. Definitivamente NO LOS RECOMIENDO Y MENOS PARA HACER EFECTIVA UNA GARANTÍA EXTENDIDA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención de parte de la supervisora, tuve que dejar el producto, lo entregue en caja, totalmente nuevo y querían entregarmelo sin caja porque la botaron debido a que se mojo y el vaso del procesador estaba rallado, cuando ni siquiera se uso, estaba completamente nuevo, al momento de encender no arranco, es penosa la situación puesto que es una empresa de años y eh llevado otros productos y sin problema me hacen valida la garantía y solucionan el problema, pero esta vez fue la excepción:(
