★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala Experiencia con esta compañía, yo diria solo cuidado son de esos que dicen que van pero no llegan, te hacen perder el tiempo y tu tienes que llamar para ver que pasa y te cancelan despues que ya lo esperaste y tuviste que llamar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vino el técnico y reviso el refrigerador y dijo que era la resistencia. Y que le tenía que dar un anticipo del 50% del costo de la refacción . Y después dijo que regresaría en 2 horas lo cual nunca se reporto y no regreso. Llame a la srita encargada de dar las citas para la visita de domicilio e Informandole lo. sucedido lo cual me dijo que ella solo se encargaba de dar las citas para revisión y que el técnico daba los precios de las refacciones. Y que eran muy independientes de dar costos y ese servicio.lo cuál le solicite a la srita. Que me diera el número de celular para comunicarme con el técnico y no quiso. Muy mala atención al cliente e impuntualidad del técnico y falta de ética profesional. No lo recomiendo.

That he gave me the cell phone number to communicate with the technician and he did not want to. Very bad customer service and unpunctuality of the technician and lack of professional ethics. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio acudieron a revisión de refrigerador, y desps de esa visita ya no salió hielo, llamamos para solicitar revisión y hacer válida la garantía, me dieron cita y nunca llegaron, hablé nuevamente y ya de manera déspota me dieron otra cita a la cual tampoco llegaron, después de eso ni las llamadas ni msjs contestan
