★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un percance en mi auto hace tiempo, y la persona que tuvo la culpa del daño me aconsejo llevarlo a este taller.
El servicio de inicio fue bueno, y de hecho agradezco que sacaron un leve golpe que tenia mi vehículo en otro punto.
Pero de ahí en fuera. El resto del servicio lo considero malo, puesto que al no saber desarmar mi puerta. Rompieron las "patas" de varias tapas. Y tratando de resolverlo en lugar de cambiarlo por otra pieza en buen estado, solo aplicaron pegamento. Que pues al entrar en contacto con el calor se reactiva y tiende a caerse.
Cuando me lo entregaron, les comenté de que el sistema de cierre no funcionaba. Y me alegaron que ellos no podían verificar que estuviera funcionando cuando llegue(y si estaba funcionando cuando llego). Al hacer la revisión por mi parte encontré que el conector de la puerta que comunica con el sistema de cierre estaba desconectado y que esta haciendo falsos contactos por que el enderezado de la pared donde esta la parte hembra del conector no estaba bien enderezado y aun estaba hundido.
Así que el trabajo no fue malo, pero esos pequeños detalles son los que hacen que no me quede conforme con el servicio dado.
I had a mishap in my car some time ago, and the person who was at fault for the damage advised me to take it to this workshop.
The start service was good, and in fact I appreciate that they took a slight bump that my vehicle had at another point.
But from there on out. The rest of the service I consider bad, since not knowing how to disassemble my door. They broke the "legs" of several covers. And trying to figure it out instead of swapping it out for another good part, they just applied glue. That then when it comes into contact with heat it reactivates and tends to fall.
When they gave it to me, I told them that the locking system was not working. And they alleged to me that they couldn't verify that it was working when I arrived (and if it was working when I arrived). When doing the review on my part I found that the connector of the door that communicates with the locking system was disconnected and that it is making false contacts because the straightening of the wall where the female part of the connector is not properly straightened and it was still sunken.
So the work was not bad, but those little details are what make me not satisfied with the service given.
