Como pueden seguir como negocio?.. Es de lo mas deficiente que pueda haber, te dicen que van a pasar a cierta hora y en mi caso sucedio que por 3 dias estuve esperando al tecnico que me decia que en media hora llegaba y no fue asi. Le cambiaron una pieza a mi lavadora porque supuestamente esa era la falla, lo cual no fue asi, la lavadora siguio sin funcionar. This company has the spare parts when you get to damage an equipment, but nevertheless as far as service is concerned they are the worst. It is the most deficient that there can be, they tell you that they will happen at a certain time and in my case it happened that for 3 days I was waiting for the technician who told me that in half an hour he would arrive and it was not. They changed a part of my washing machine because supposedly that was the fault, which was not the case, the washing machine still did not work.

Es casi imposible ponerse en contacto con la empresa, y cuando se dignan a contestar JAMAS respetan los horarios que te dan, pueden pasar semanas para que vegan a darte el servicio. Nunca se hacen responsables de sus reparaciones. Se les hace fácil cobrarte pero no hacerse responsable de sus reparaciones y servicios. The service is of terrible quality. It is almost impossible to contact the company, and when they deign to answer they NEVER respect the schedules they give you, it may take weeks for them to give you the service. They are never responsible for your repairs. They make it easy for them to charge you but not take responsibility for their repairs and services.
