★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio, no te atienden y te pueden dejar hasta una hora en la sala de espera sin preguntarte que necesitas, los técnicos no son profesionales porque te entregan un auto desarmado, tu automóvil puede reingresar por garantía 3 veces y aun así seguirá tu falla, no dan soluciones, la unidad puede permanecer hasta 1 semana y no le hacen nada; es la única agencia de la que no te llama del centro de servicio infiniti para conocer tu opinión
The worst service, they do not attend you and they can leave you up to an hour in the waiting room without asking you what you need, the technicians are not professionals because they give you an unarmed car, your car can re-enter for warranty 3 times and still your fault will continue , they don't give solutions, the unit can stay up to 1 week and they don't do anything; It is the only agency that does not call you from the infiniti service center to know your opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, majaderos, prepotentes y rateros desde que cambiaron de dueño . Tratan mal al cliente, lo discriminan si vas a comprar refacciones y no metes tu carro al servicio no te venden las piezas y te cierran la puerta en lacara por ello los clientes ya no van a dicho lugar ojalá INFINITI haga algo y cierre esa agencia o mínimo cambien a su personal desde el que según es gerente Roberto Villasana y su amante la sra. Pamela que funge como asesor de servicio pero q tampoco sabe nada y que solo esta en ese puesto por andar con el gerente y en conjunto robar a los clientes. Así que si de casualidad o por necesidad van a esa agencia vayan con más presupuesto y listos para que les vean la cara y los traten como si les hicieran un favor!
Terrible service, stupid, pushy and thieves since they changed ownership. They treat the customer badly, they discriminate against him if you go to buy spare parts and you don't put your car in the service, they don't sell you the parts and they close the door on your face, so the customers no longer go to that place, hopefully INFINITI will do something and close that agency or minimum change their staff from which according to manager Roberto Villasana and his lover Mrs. Pamela who works as a service advisor but does not know anything either and who is only in that position for hanging out with the manager and collectively stealing from clients. So if by chance or by necessity you go to that agency, go with more budget and ready to be seen your face and treated as if you were doing you a favor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que es Grupo Andrade el servicio es pésimo y la atención a los clientes de Infiniti Polanco dejo de ser lo mejor.
6 horas me querían hacer esperar para un simple cambio de aceite que es lo único que necesitaba mi Qx80, cuando el tiempo de entrega con Cira y espera era maximo de 2 horas en el servicio anual.
Since it is Grupo Andrade, the service is lousy and the service to Infiniti Polanco's customers is no longer the best.
They wanted me to wait 6 hours for a simple oil change, which is the only thing my Qx80 needed, when the delivery time with Cira and waiting was a maximum of 2 hours in the annual service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un caos para comunicarme tuve que hablar a la colonia del Valle para que 2 días después me mandarán un Watts up , para poder hacer una cita y la recepción es déspota y te revisan el auto como si te lo fueran a comprar hasta lo sucio lo marcan como si fuera rayón o golpe, preguntas que si entran los detalles dentro de la garantía y te dicen que hasta que lo inspeccionen te resolverán, mi auto no tiene ni 6 meses que lo compre además de que no tiene ni 5000 KMS pero lo van a evaluar.
Tienen una lista de precios por el servicio básico.
Al día siguiente me lo entregaron pero no sé si en realidad le hicieron el servicio.
Pero por eso de la garantía lo tuve que dejar ahí, ya que de no hacerlo pierdes la garantía y como el sistema híbrido es nuevo en México.
