La última vez solicité el ticket para generar factura y me dijeron que "no tenían cambio" que esperara 5 min (no tuve problema con eso), para cuándo tuvieron cambio pedí de nuevo el ticker para facturar y me dijeron que "ya no se podía generar" siendo que lo pedí desde el principio.
Many times it is closed. The last time I requested the ticket to generate an invoice and they told me that "they had no change" to wait 5 min (I had no problem with that), when they had change I asked again the ticker to invoice and they told me that "I could not generate "being that I asked from the beginning.
