★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, tienes que estar buscando al técnico para que te diga a qué hora llega, te checan el producto dañado te dicen una cosa en el reporte que te mandan 48 horas después de estar solicitándolo redactan otra cosa muy diferente a la que te dicen en tu domicilio.
Pésimo servicio...

Me mandaron un mail diciendo que el jueves 26 irían pero no especifica hora y le dije a la srita que me avisarán con TIEMPO no un correo un día antes
Necesito me reprogramen el arreglo y ME LLAMEN para cirdinar día y hora

They agreed to notify me by phone on the day of the repair since I commented that I would change the address for it to be fixed.
They sent me an email saying that on Thursday the 26th they would go but did not specify a time and I told the lady that they will notify me with TIME not an email a day before
I need to reschedule the arrangement and CALL ME to set the day and time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hemos comprado equipos mabe de clima y te dicen que para que no pierda garantía es sólo con sus propios instaladores, llevamos más de un mes en que van a venir y no vienen, nos han sacado varios números de reportes y han asegurado que ahora si, y no es así. Me arrepiento de haber comprado de su marca, ¡pésimo servicio!.

Les llamé para ver si venían otro dia me dijeron que después de las 2 y tampoco vinieron.
