They didn't even fight me but they did ... they even gave a code and a service code ... I thought they would be different from the guy who repairs washing machines on the corner of my house. No wonder they put there that it is free .. because they don't even go, hahaha what a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siempre te preguntan hasta de que comiste para evitar darte los servicios gratuitos (garantias) y una visita te cuesta 350 pesos para solo ir a revisar el numero de serie del equipo, y como he dado vueltas con el mismo personal, además se le pide un servicio express a una hora pórque en teoria ese es el beneficio,ajustar tus tiempos, y te dicen que lo hacen otro dia, desfasado o bien no trabajan despues de la 1 el sabado. la vdd es un asco!
They always ask you what you ate to avoid giving you free services (guarantees) and a visit costs you 350 pesos to just go and check the serial number of the equipment, and since I have been around with the same staff, they also ask for a Express service at one hour because in theory that is the benefit, adjust your times, and they tell you that they do it another day, out of date or they do not work after 1 on Saturday. the vdd is disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tengo queja del personal sino de la empresa en si, el personal llegó a tiempo y me explico el detalle del mal funcionamiento del equipo, pero de ahí en fuera la experiencia es bastante mala con esta empresa.
1. No hay teléfono alguno en internet que pueda usarse para comunicarme, tuve que ir físicamente a su local y ver el número para poder contactarlos (agrego la foto para quien le sea de utilidad)
2. Te van a cobrar $350 pesos por el diagnóstico de la compostura, si o si ... En mi caso el daño estaba en unos sellos pero me comentaron que MABE como servicio no vende esas pequeñas refacciones, por lo que debería cambiar toda la transmisión ... Presupuesto final $4,500 ... Se me hizo exagerado por parte de la marca está cotización.
