★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta que di con un servicio con gente honesta, caray! Los otros puro estafador de los que se anuncian en los imanes que se ponen en los refris que vienen en la Sección Amarilla. Bola de bandidos, ni a la PROFECO le temen. Recomiendo ampliamente a estas personas por su eficacia y su profesionalismo. Estuve a punto de tirar mi secadora de que nomás no me quedaba bien con otros macanicuchos que ni a técnicos llegan, y ellos me la rescataron. Llevo 6 meses de uso y sigue sin problemas. GRACIAS!!!
Until I found a service with honest people, hell! The other pure swindler of those who announce themselves in the magnets that are put in the refris that come in the Yellow Section. I was about to throw my dryer that just did not fit me with other macanicuchos that neither technicians arrive, and they rescued me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente, sigo en espera de que me resuelvan y me entreguen mi pieza. Necesitan mejorar su atención y ser éticos y profesionales. He estado todo un mes intentando que me reparen mi lavadora, me cobraron 2,300 pesos por unas piezas que no eran el problema, se llevaron la tarjeta de mi lavadora y es hora que no me la regresan. El asesor, queda en ir en un horario y no llega, marcas y no te dan una solución. De verdad que estoy muy inconforme con esta situación y no hay nadie que me solucione.
Terrible service and customer service, I am still waiting for them to solve me and deliver my piece. They need to improve their care and be ethical and professional. I have spent a month trying to get my washing machine repaired, they charged me 2,300 pesos for some parts that were not the problem, they took my card from my washing machine and it is time they did not return it to me. The advisor, agrees to go on a schedule and does not arrive, marks and they do not give you a solution. I really am very dissatisfied with this situation and there is no one to solve it for me.
