★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me recomendaron mucho a Roger pero no tuve una buena experiencia, lo contacte e hice una cita, le lleve mi vehículo y después me marco y me dijo q no tuvo tiempo de arreglarlo, se comprometió a revisarlo otro día y tampoco tuvo tiempo.
De nuevo se comprometió otro día y tampoco pudo, así ha sido por los últimos 3 meses, entre visitas a su taller y llamadas serán aprox como 15 veces.
Desconozco sus razones para portarse de es forma, a parte de la recomendación he he visto muy buenos comentarios, seguramente si es un buen mecánico, pero su atención al cliente es pésima.
They recommended Roger a lot but I did not have a good experience, I contacted him and made an appointment, I took my vehicle to him and then I called and he told me that he did not have time to fix it, he promised to review it another day and he did not have time either.
Again he committed another day and could not, this has been the case for the last 3 months, between visits to his workshop and calls will be approximately 15 times.
I do not know his reasons for behaving in this way, apart from the recommendation I have seen very good comments, surely if he is a good mechanic, but his customer service is terrible.
