★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, sin embargo la persona que se encarga de las citas tanto presencialmente como por Whatsapp tiene un desorden total, ya que al agendar para un día determinado, te lo cambia contactándote un día antes, dejándote a la deriva si es que moviste compromisos para cumplir con ellos. Ojalá pudieran hacer algo con esto, al menos van 2 ocasiones que nos cambian la cita y la razón no es excusable ya que nos han dicho que es por "cursos" lo cual me parece que es algo previsible y no es una emergencia.
The service is very good, however, the person who is in charge of the appointments both in person and on WhatsApp has a total disorder, since when scheduling for a certain day, it changes it by contacting you a day before, leaving you adrift if it is that You moved commitments to fulfill them. I wish they could do something with this, at least 2 times they change the appointment and the reason is not excusable since they have told us that it is for "courses" which I think is something predictable and is not an emergency.
